Terms and conditions for stallholders
- SHOWA CRAFTS is a subsidiary of the Essex Section BKKS, full details can be found on our sister website: www.essexsection.co.uk
- Please note that we do carry public liability insurance for shows and events, our cover does not extent to theft or damage to your stock during the event. Please check with your own insurance if you have any concerns.
- Any personal information provided will be used for our own administrative purposes and will not be shared.
- Booking payments can be made by cheque payable to ESSEX SECTION BKKS and is required by 1st October 2012.
- Special requirements such as, additional space must be requested at the point of booking, provision cannot be guaranteed but will be provided where available.
- Event cancellation, if for any reason the event is cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
- Sellers cancellation, if for any reason you are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible (see contact us page), cancellations three weeks before the event will forfeit the entire booking fee payment.
